11/23     Wednesday Unloading Truck and Kitchen Prep - from 4pm-8pm (only 2 hour time-slots available)

11/24     Thursday Kitchen, Staging/Production (includes prep, cooking and packaging of dinners for distribution to the community), Clean-up - from 4am-3pm and (only 2 hour time-slots available)

Drivers (delivery of the food to satellite sites and families) from 11am-5pm

11/25     Friday clean-up - from 8am-12pm (only 2 hour time-slots available)
